At Loxwood we want our children to be curious and to love learning, ensuring that they are prepared and resilient for the world beyond Loxwood.
We want every child to feel safe and happy and understand the importance of kindness in all that they do. Inclusivity and equity is a key part of our approach at Loxwood.
We want every child to be healthy, both physically and emotionally.
Our Values
At Loxwood, we encourage our children, staff and governors to believe in a ‘growth mindset’ approach. We believe that every day is a learning opportunity and mistakes aid learning.

We encourage our children to be creative and curious learners, and to discover their own interests and passions.
We believe that our curriculum should be exciting, purposeful and fun and we have spent time as a teaching community, creating a teaching and learning provision that enables every child to thrive.
Our core values are Kindness, Respect, Independence, Resilience and Curiosity. We celebrate our values in celebration assemblies on Fridays.
